great time but could use better room amenities
The king room was luxurious with a surprisingly spacious bathroom. The drinks and atmosphere at the bar made for a cozy evening.
The Netflix setup in the room could be improved for easier access.

The stay featured a fantastic breakfast, showcasing local produce, and the flexibility to create your own meal was a highlight. The pub food was exceptional, far surpassing a nearby establishment. there was a minor lack of natural light in the rooms, and a playful soccer theme could be misinterpreted by some. Perfectly comfortable beds and attentive hosts made the experience memorable.

this place is so chill! the staff was super nice and helpful, and the food was aweeeesome! the family room was cozy, felt like home, and that bathroom was huge! amazing views all around, perfect for hikers too. felt like we could've stayed forever, seriously!
only downside was the area is kinda isolated, and we wished for more vegan options in the menu.

The family room was super cozy and felt so welcoming. The bathroom was unexpectedly huge, which was a nice surprise! The bed? Wow, seriously comfy! We even had Netflix, so we kicked back and relaxed. Just wished the heating had kicked in a bit faster when we first got there.

Oh, the breakfast at Buck was right tasty! Porridge that warms your soul and a menu that'll make your mouth water. Plus, the friendly staff made it feel like being at home. Free parking and a comfy room added to the charm of this delightful village stay.
The room was a bit chilly upon arrival, and the heating could’ve used a boost. The live music in the pub carried on late, which might not jive well with those seeking an early night. Still, everything else shined bright!

Family with children getaway
Had a fantastic stay, best part was the friendly staff. Really made us feel welcome, even gave my son a free dessert on the house.
It wasn't exactly cheap for what we got, but still acceptable.
